Frequently Asked Questions

What separates Infonet3 from other vendors?
Infonet3 offers highly affordable products that solution our customers requirements
with easy to use interfaces. All of our products are created with the three
core ideas of
people, process, and data in mind. By focusing
on how all of these interact we are able to clearly see how our software will be
used most efficiently by work groups.
Our staff is highly qualified in their respective fields and ready to help you
in any way they can. We listen to our customers and take action on their new
feature requests. In many cases we are able to build requested features into
our software in a short time frame with no additional cost to the client.
This saves the customer money they would have otherwise
spent on custom development.
Do your products come with any type of guarantee?
At Infonet3, we understand the need to actually implement software and see how
it will perform in production. As a courtesy, all software comes with a 30-day, hassle-free,
money back guarantee—no questions asked!

Does your Process Command product allow you to
create custom online forms?
Yes, Process Command allows users to create online forms that capture any type of
data. Our forms are constructed using a simple table layout. This makes
form creation a snap for new users. They simply place the controls they want
in different table cells. Commonly used forms can be easily reused to avoid
duplicating work effort.

our form creation system.
Can you create a secure document repository with
Process Command?
Yes. Our well-designed process management solution, Process Command, provides the
ability to create a secure document repository. You can define a variety of
groups and folders and then assign access to different groups. You can also
generate audit reports to see what actions users are performing. Such security
and auditing help you stay Sarbanes Oxley and GLBA compliant.
Can I use Process Command to create online surveys?
Yes, Process Command allows users to publish online forms and make them public.
It also allows users to change the style of the form. The form can then
be placed in a frame on a client's web site. After the form is submitted the
user will be re-directed to wherever the client specifies in Process Command.
Are all activities in the system logged to help
maintain SOX and GLBA compliance?
Absolutely, both Account Command and Process Command log each and every action.
Administrators can review these logs to see exactly what action each user performed.
What makes your system secure?
All traffic between your browser and our server is protected using 128-bit SSL encryption.
Several layers of additional security have been implemented to prevent any system
intrusion. Incoming IP addresses are logged as are failed login attempts.
Our servers are physically secure and only key personnel are allowed in to the data
center.
Can you install your software at my location instead
of hosting it?
Yes. If you are implementing our solution for a large number of users or your
data is simply too critical to house in another data center we can install our products
in your existing data center. Please
contact us for more information.

less than one week to become available. There is no additional charge for
this service.
Is there a way to integrate your software with
an existing system?
Yes. We have a comprehensive set of standard SOAP based web services.
Clients can use these web services to perform any type of activity such as performing
custom integrations or designing custom applications.
What is your uptime guarantee?

let us know as several alternatives with higher uptime are available.
Compare Process Command to Microsoft Sharepoint?
Both solutions allow companies to create secure locations to store critical documents.
Creating custom forms for Sharepoint requires a lot of custom coding while this
functionality is already built into Process Command. Sharepoint must be installed
on a clients servers where Process Command is hosted for you on ours. Our
product is also substantially cheaper.
Why shouldn't I use Salesforce for my CRM product?
No one would argue that Salesforce is a bad CRM solution. Account Command
offers similar functionality at a fraction of the price. We guarantee that
we will save you money on your CRM costs. Simply show us what you are currently
paying and we will guarantee you at least a 10% discount.
Do you offer training classes to get people up
to speed on your products?
There is no point in throwing a new solution at your employees unless they are well
trained on the system. As a result we place a lot of emphasis on getting your
team quickly up and running on our system. Our account managers work closely
with new clients and ensure they get the level of training they need.
Clients can schedule a Webex demo with us to review the system or see a specific function in action. For
customers desiring even more training we offer training classes that we can perform
at our facility or yours. Please
contact us for more information.
