Can I use Process Command to create online surveys?
Yes, Process Command allows users to publish online forms and make them public.  It also allows users to change the style of the form.  The form can then be placed in a frame on a client's web site.  After the form is submitted the user will be re-directed to wherever the client specifies in Process Command.

Are all activities in the system logged to help maintain SOX and GLBA compliance?
Absolutely, both Account Command and Process Command log each and every action.  Administrators can review these logs to see exactly what action each user performed.

All traffic between your browser and our server is protected using 128-bit SSL encryption.  Several layers of additional security have been implemented to prevent any system intrusion.  Incoming IP addresses are logged as are failed login attempts.  Our servers are physically secure and only key personnel are allowed in to the data center.

Can you install your software at my location instead of hosting it?

What if we want reports that you currently don't offer?
Simple, you tell us what you want and we add the report.  Reports usually take less than one week to become available.  There is no additional charge for this service.

Is there a way to integrate your software with an existing system?
Yes.  We have a comprehensive set of standard SOAP based web services.  Clients can use these web services to perform any type of activity such as performing custom integrations or designing custom applications.

What is your uptime guarantee?
We hold ourselves to 99.9% uptime.  If you require additional uptime please let us know as several alternatives with higher uptime are available.

Compare Process Command to Microsoft Sharepoint?
Both solutions allow companies to create secure locations to store critical documents.  Creating custom forms for Sharepoint requires a lot of custom coding while this functionality is already built into Process Command.  Sharepoint must be installed on a clients servers where Process Command is hosted for you on ours.  Our product is also substantially cheaper.
