Infonet3 Releases it's 2.0 Suite
Infonet3's CRM and BPM products received a major facelift today after months of development working on feature requests from customers. The new suite allows customer to create Invoices, publish custom online forms to the internet, download form data directly into Microsoft Excel, and apply custom formatting to public forms.

Process Command 1.5 Release
The latest version of Infonet3's BPM Workflow product, Process Command, has been released. The release includes complete search functionality allowing users to search form fields and also search for text inside of documents. The search results page looks Google-like so users will find it easy to use.

Infonet3 has made major upgrades to it's server facilities. The new infrastructure will ensure better uptime and response time.

Account Command 1.5 Release
Infonet3 released version 1.5 of Account Command. The new version offers enhanced reporting powered by Crystal Reports 2008 from Business Objects. The new reporting will allow customers to leverage Account Command for even more of their CRM needs.

Custom Web Services Made Public
Today Infonet3 gave customers the ability to use standard SOAP web services to interact with their CRM and BPM systems. The interface will allow customers to create any type of custom application while leveraging the power of Account Command and Process Command.

Account Command 1.4 Release
The newest version of Infonet3's CRM solution, Account Command, allows companies to apply custom workflow to the account acquisition process. In addition the software allows users to save documents relevant to the company in the Account Command system for easy archiving and retrieval.
